As an inventor, I have created a series of diagrams which enable people to visually remember how to perform
an exercise properly. Looking at the pictures (tools)  you can see the start movement disappears into the finish movement and see the resulting muscle group used.

The importance of proper technique can't be understated.
 

Awareness of proper exercise form leads to confidence
and coordination, which in turn leads to continued
sustained motivation which leads to goal achievement ,
which leads to happiness and stress reduction which lead
to less doctor visits and finally better life satisfaction.

Think of the exercise diagrams as a metaphor
for transformation. See yourself positive now and into the future.


Think of the positive effects of continuing an exercise
and wellness program into the future and think of the negative
consequences of not continuing a program. 
Positive visualization will help.

BioMechanical exercise tools were produced in order to help people through the prospect of going to a gym and remembering how to exercise properly.

Working out can be an intimidating experience for people.

Therefore these visual diagrams will help people feel they can be happy and confident while they exercise.
