As a trainer I have 14 years experience setting up programs for individuals on a 1-1 basis as well as in a group setting. I have had excellent results

in helping people understand how physical health leads to better emotional and mental health. I also show you how better awareness of your goals and objectives will lead to the results you want.

During a personal training session with me, I will ask you questions that will help us to uncover your intentions so that you can discover any blocks toward achieving your goals.

We can say that improving your physical core will relate to improving mental and emotional core

. For example, giving your self the gift of strength , flexibility and better nutrition will have far reaching positive effects in your overall life satisfaction. Your mind is your body.

Fitness Solutions from your Personal Trainer

1 Habit:
People tend to start out really strong with good intentions but
don't work at it long enough because they don't see immediate results.
Solution:
It takes three weeks to form a habit. If you cant motivate yourself to work out regularly, then consider hiring a trainer who will.

2 Motivation (or lack of):
People talk all the time about their plans about losing weight but secretly don't believe that they can achieve their goals.
Solution:
You cant achieve something if you only believe in it 49%. Set specific goals.

3 Lack of Spirit:
People do not connect their moment-to-moment existence with a healthy concept. They don't see how not exercising will cause many physical and mental problems.
Solution:
Exercise speeds up the metabolism and is great for diabetes. 150 minutes/week. Increase your day-to-day awareness of a healthy mind and body.

4 Overcompensation:
Set completely unrealistic short term goals, i.e they exercise too much and therfore get injured and have a long lay off
Solution:
Pace yourself properly in a short term to achieve long term success

5 Improper food plan (Diet):
People completely deny themselves a treat once in awhile and binge in a moment of weakness
Solution:
Treat yourself occasionally to a dessert and eat healthy food that tastes good.
(then you wont feel you're missing out)

6 Magic Pill Mentality:
People will look for alternative ways to lose weight without working hard
Solution:
The only true way to change your body is to lose body fat and gain lean muscle.
You simply have to eat properly and take up strength training and also engage in cardiovascular exercises.

7 Goal Setting:
People set goals in January as if that were the only time of year that it makes sense to lose weight or change their body.
Solution:
Every single day you wake up is a day you can make a positive change. Health is a lifelong process that should make you feel wonderful. Go out and achieve good health NOW!

8 Starvation Diets:
People starve themselves in order to lose weight. When you deny yourself adequate nutrition you end up losing muscle, fat and bone mass.

Solution:
If you want a healthy metabolism, eat a balanced diet of protein, carbohydrate and fat. The results will come in time. Be patient

9 Procrastination:
People put off exercising all the time. They do this out of sheer laziness and make many excuses.
Solution:
Exercise NOW and feel good later. Excuses don't burn calories. Get a plan get a trainer.
